No idea how to change bulbs

I have no idea how to change these bulbs - I've been up on a ladder and cannot figure it out - I guess I'll actually have to remove the fixture - now that sucks!

These lights look great both up close and at curb. The light fixtures are fairly easy to install, but I do think that changing the bulb will, unfortunately, be on the difficult side since so much of the fixture must be removed to do so. I would purchase these light fixtures again.
