The fixture is beautiful,especially that I hid all wiring in wall without strip of cord going down wall. The only drawback is it gets very hot & discolored a spot on my wooden bed frame heirloom that was very expensive. Great reading light, very bright and easy on eyes. Not like LED's that don't put out any light!

The instructions are dreadful. I went to the local hardware store to replace some of the items (screws and anchors) that came with this lamp as they were poorly made and didn't work together well. That being said, this looks nice and I like the flexibility of the two lights as well as the dimmer switch. Very happy it is finally done!

The installation was a bit challenging and the lamps do get a bit hot, but we love the look and how the light works. It was a perfect fit for our bedroom makeover and we just love it! (we had a bulb go already, and it's only been a little over a month, but it came with a replacement!) The only other drawback are the stickers on the actual lamps to warn you of how hot... they are a bit unattractive and don't come off easily...

This wall lamp is perfect for reading in bed. Installed over the headboard, one person can direct light over his or her book and the other person can sleep without being bothered. The dimmers are great! Each light is like the overhead reading lamps on airplanes. Unlike being on an airplane, you'll be able to read without an annoying stranger next to you! (At least we hope that's the case.)

I love this light. It is perfect for reading. It is adjustible in every since of the word. It has a dimmer switch to control the amount of light and the lamp head can be moved and turned to whatever suits you. You will not regret this buy. I love mine and use it off and on all through the week, and sometimes daily.

My decor is contemporary and this is perfect, it gives me the light I need for reading, or I can use the dimmer to relax. This lamp is do very reasonably priced for what it does. Most of the lights in my house are from lamps plus and I always get compliments on my lighting. People will say where did you get that? The variety that Lamps Plus carries makes the stores around my where I live look cheap by comparison.

This item is the ideal double-sided reading lamp of contemporary design we have sought for a long time. The features that sold us were the independent on-off and dimming controls, and a clever vertical tunnel for hiding the plug-in wire (no need for special installation). In addition, as fans of the Kovacs line for more than half a century, we knew the quality we were buying.

I got these lights for my children that like to read at night. Instead of them turning on the light on the ceiling fans and it remains on all night, I have these lights on a timer it provides nice illumination and not all glaring on the pages when i read them a story. I will probably purchase more once I get my three other bedrooms organized. Great product
