Hunter bathroom vent fans offer quiet, high performance air movement with style and comfort. Easy to install, this unit helps vent water moisture, household chemicals and even gases from hairsprays and perfumes with a 100 cubic feet per minute fan. A built-in light and night light provides room illumination. Glass can be easily detached for cleaning and relamping. Brushed nickel housing and matching accents.

Looks great in Wet Areas--- i.e. Bathing Changing Room in Pool House, Bathroom Area that's been re-modeled, Beach House Bath, or Terrace Level Bath. Works perfectly with Contemporary Architecture, and seamlessly fits into any Mid-Century Styled Home! This product could work in a Traditional Bath design if you plan this really well... yet, this exhaust fan is not ideal for a Georgian or Colonial Traditional/Historic home.

This is a bathroom light/fan. We are pleased with the installation and performance. It's quiet and there's no fog on the mirror, even after a steamy shower just feet away. The one drawback is cosmetic - the Hunter logo right in the middle of the fixture shows up brightly when backlit. A little cheesy. But we realized no one will be looking up at our master bath light/fan, so it's fine.

This fan and light combo has great looks and a quiet fan. It's one of the most attractive fan light combos I have seen. The only down side is that it only produces enough light for a small half bath with lighter colored walls. It is likely though that in a full bath it would not be the only light source. I own and have installed two and I plan to by another at some point.
