I'm so pleased,after watching this item for some time to go on sale, I bought three for my living room. My sofa is shades of golds and blues with a feather design which reminds you of peacock feathers.
The lamps have been the added touch to my living room. Even had I not got the lamps on sale they are worth the pre sale price.

Though it takes a 3-way bulb, the dark shade keeps it from being a primary source of light. Weight and design make it look like a much more pricey lamp than it is. Great for accent light.

What can I say.... This lamp has it all, Looks style, The color is a emerald green with gold and the stand is a dark brown.

I use this beautiful lamp to add color and light on my long dresser. It it just the perfect touch. I have it on a timer and use it as an accent light in my bedroom by putting only a 40 watt bulb in it. It is just beautiful and I notice it every time I walk into my bedroom.

This is a great lamp. I have it in my family room on a natural bamboo accent table and it looks gorgeous. The shade is printed with the colors of a peacock's feathers when they are closed, and the base, which is the peacock, is graceful and artistic in design. I am very happy with this lamp

I did say I love this lamp and I really mean it... I have it my living on a round end table in between two animal print chairs, The colour of the shade is more vibrant than shown, the peacock is just wonderful.

This lamp is not only a great value but also a very beautiful and expensive looking piece. As stated in a previous review, the peacock is darker than it appears in the picture. But I think I actually like it better with the richer bronze tone instead of the "brass look." I had planned on placing it on one of my glass end tables along with some of my favorite photos and trinkets, but changed my mind because this lamp makes such a strong statement all by itself! Love it!!!

This lamp is used as an accent in our bedroom decor and fits perfectly with the theme. It has a nice antique look but is stylish and upbeat. A very nice lamp well worth the money. The only con would be the fabric shade which tends to show dust easily.

This lamp looks almost exactly like the photo online - in reality the peacock is not as light as it appears on my display monitor. This lamp adds a bit of sculpture to the room while fulfulling it's lighting function with a 3-way 100 watt lightbulb. I almost didn't buy it as I really dislike the color green which is predominant in this lamp's unique shade; however, I am hoping the color will 'grow on me' as the shade adds just the right amount of drama to the lamp's peacock base. Perfection FOR ME would have been reverse colors in the shade!
Great Lamp at a great price.

This lamp is stunning! Love it! Love it! Love it! The photo dosen't do this lamp justice. It's beautiful from the wooden base all the way up to the finial. The lamp shade is exquisite with the beautiful gold & black embroidered feathers and rich green shade. I would recommend this lamp to anyone with an eye for detail and style.
