Once you have completed the checkout process, you will have the opportunity to
upload your images. You will also be sent an order confirmation e-mail with a
link to our upload page.
Our file upload feature supports JPEG, PNG, BMP, TIF and GIF file formats.
Maximum file size of 25 megabytes, minimum of 5 megabytes. Optimal images are
at 2100 x 1500 pixels or 5" x 7" @ 300 DPI.

number in your email. You should also list the number of photos being sent and
whether or not you are sending them over multiple e-mails.

copyright holder for all submitted photos, or that I am authorized to make and
use a reproduction. We reserve the right to refuse images deemed to contain
offensive or pornographic material.
To induce Lamps Plus to reproduce the photographs submitted
by me [us], I [we] represent and warrant to Lamps Plus (a) that the photographs
are original; (b) that I [we] am [are] the sole proprietor[s] thereof and have
full power to authorize Lamps Plus to reproduce the photographs for any and all
purposes; (c) that they have not heretofore been used or published in whole or
in part; (d) that if used or published they will not infringe upon any common
law or statutory copyright, proprietary right, or any other right whatsoever;
and (e) that they are innocent and contain no matter whatsoever that is
libelous or otherwise in contravention of law. I [we] agree to hold Lamps Plus
harmless from and against any loss, damage, or expense (including court costs
and reasonable attorney's fees) that it may suffer or incur as a result of any
breach or alleged breach of the foregoing warranties.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee
If
for any reason you are not satisfied with your Giclée Art Shade TM
purchase you may return it within 30 days of receipt. Absolutely no returns
will be made after 30 days. Please inspect all shades upon receipt.
