1. Introduction: LAMPS PLUS "Instant win Game" is sponsored by LAMPS PLUS, Inc., 20250 Plummer Street, Chatsworth, CA, 91311. Winners will be notified solely by e-mail and may be asked to contact LAMPS PLUS customer service to verify their personal data and to claim their prize. Winners must redeem their prize by calling LAMPS PLUS customer service at 800-782-1967. Certificates are subject to verification by LAMPS PLUS personnel. Coupons are available for one time use online only.

2. Eligibility: The "Instant Win Game" is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years at the time of the entry. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsors and Promoters, their respective related companies and agents, as well as the immediate family (defined as spouses, parents, children, siblings and grandparents) and household members of each such employee, officer and director are not eligible to enter. By participating, the entrant agrees to these rules and to the decisions of the sponsor, LAMPS PLUS, whose decisions are final and binding in all respects. LAMPS PLUS, Inc. may discontinue this contest or promotion at any time, and may terminate or decide to modify it in any manner which it deems fair and equitable. LAMPS PLUS, Inc. decisions with respect to the contest or promotion are final. Subject to all applicable laws in the United States. Void where prohibited, and in all other countries.

3. How to Enter and Drawings: No Purchase Necessary. Pick up a Win Code in any of our stores, or e-mail sales@lampsplus.com with "Win Code" as the subject line and one will be sent to you. Go to www.LAMPSPLUS.com/sweepstakes/ and follow the page instructions for entry. After you have completely filled out and submitted the online game form, you will be notified of what you have won on screen and instantly sent an e-mail with instructions on how to claim or use your prize. Use of any automated program to enter will result in disqualification. Winners may be asked to contact LAMPS PLUS to verify their identity and contact information before receiving their prize.

One entry per household per e-mail address in a 60 day period. In the case of multiple entries on the same month, only the first will be considered. No person will be eligible to win more than one contest or promotion in a 60 day period. Entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. Persons entering the contest or promotion electronically must access the website from a computer located in the United States

By entering you agree to receive information about future contests, lighting promotions and events from LAMPS PLUS. To remove your e-mail address from our mailing list, please follow the instruction included in each of our mailings.

In some cases and except where prohibited, a potential winner must sign and return to LAMPS PLUS within ten (10) days of being notified, an affidavit of eligibility and liability / publicity release in order to claim his or her prize. If the potential winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) days of the first attempt to contact him or her or if he / she fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and liability / publicity release within the required time period, that person will forfeit all rights to receive their prizes. All certified Instant Winners will receive their prizes within 6 to 8 weeks of winning. LAMPS PLUS reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal value if the announced prize becomes unavailable for shipping. Winner is solely responsible for any and all applicable fees and taxes associated with prize receipt and use. Sponsor will withhold and or report taxes as required by the applicable law of the Sponsor's and / or Promoter's jurisdiction and winner's jurisdiction.

4. Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the Instant Win Game constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor and Promoter's use of the winners name, likeness, voice, opinions, hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media without any further payment or consideration. Except as required by law, LAMPS PLUS, Inc. will not share entrant information with any third parties. Please read our privacy policies.

5. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or modify the Instant Winner Game if fraud, technical difficulties, technical failures or any other factor beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor impairs the integrity of the Game, as determined by the Sponsor at its sole discretion. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage Sponsor's or Promoter's Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of this Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor and Promoter's reserve the right to seek damages from any such person or persons to the full extent of the law.

6. Release: By receipt of any Game prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Promoters (including, but not limited to LAMPS PLUS, Inc.), their respective related companies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Game or receipt of any prize.

8. Limitations of Liability: LAMPS PLUS, Inc. is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected or incomplete entries; unavailable network connections; failed, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; online failures; hardware, software or other technical malfunctions; or any other communications failures or circumstances affecting, disrupting or corrupting the contest or promotion in any manner including and without limitation, receipt of entries or entrants ability to participate in the contest or promotion, or winner notification, or winner response to notification. LAMPS PLUS, Inc. is not responsible for any damage to entrant's computer occasioned by participation in the promotion or downloading of any information necessary to participate in the promotion.

9. Disputes: Entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected to this Game shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action. Any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Game but in no event attorney's fees.

10. Data Collection: Sponsor and Promoters collect personal information from you when you enter the Game. The information is subject to the LAMPS PLUS official privacy policy.
