As always, her blending of ceiling lighting, decorative table lamps and furniture seating is wonderfully elegant.

You might even find some Candice Olson lighting lurking in a few of the shots!

Design site Houzz has posted a new group of home office workstation photos that offer a bunch of decorating ideas.

The one trait all the photos share is that they appear to cleverly utilize otherwise wasted nooks and corners.

Also, they all look, to my eye, to need lighting! There are lots of opportiunites to add desk lighting or overhead recessed lights to make the spaces more inviting and productive.

If you're not familar with Houzz you should check it out. It's been called the "Flicker of design idea sites", and it's a great resource for any pro or armchair designer.

Looking to de-clutter the bedroom? A simple tip is to free space on bed side tables by adding swing arm wall lighting. These wall light designs install in a snap and plug into any standard wall outlet.  

Getting rid of your old bedside lamp leaves the bedside table free and gives your room a cleaner look. It's a little thing, but it works!

Blogger/designer Centsational Girl included one of our wall mirrors in a fabulous living room redux. She lucked out and grabbed a floor sample of our Casbah Weathered Bronze Wall Mirror at her local Lamps Plus store. She repainted it to match the French-inspired oeuvre, and voila!

The new Undersea Glass Chandelier has a wonderfully ethereal, organic tone about it that I just love. The chandelier features organic, leaf-like glass forms that conceal small halogen bulbs at the ends of tentacle-like arms.
