Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I am a 6 year electrician. I install between 10 and 40 per year. I highly recommend these fixtures. Illumination, hi/lo/off setting, ease of installation, color quality and bulb life are all great factors of this light. I primarily install these as under cabinet lights although, I have installed a couple to light up a skylight that was over a dining table. My customers are always impressed when I turn them on for the first time. Best to have a licensed electrician that you trust install them.
