I purchased two of these from lamps Plus and this review is not a reflection of Lamps Plus. I have purchased many items from them and will continue to be a loyal customer. As I said, i purchased two of these fans. They look remarkable and really fit into our restored victorian home. Unfortunately, one motor stopped working on one fan. It was just out of warranty so I contacted the manufacturer. They sent me a new fan motor for $20 plus shipping. Then after a couple more months, both fan motors quit. Needless to say I'm done with this manufacturer!

Very well packaged. Typical Chinese instructions. Heavy, which equates to stability and helps keep the fan quiet. Very decorative. The fan motor/ controls are high quality, working well. A classy floor fan. Thanks L.P.
