I am using this fan in a contemporary kitchen, looks great, bright light.
The motor is absolutely silent, which is fantastic. The fan itself is kind of cheap looking - that titanium finish referred to in the title, is really just slightly sparkly brown plastic. The light is just bright enough for a soft ambient glow.
