Looks great installed. Husband had trouble figuring out how to make light kit work but figured it out. (trouble with blue wire connection)Otherwise great customer service, Lamps plus was willing to return ship no charge and reship falty light kit. Fortunately, we didn't have to. Thank you Lamps Plus.

Very disapponited. My daughter had saved and looked forward to having this fan in her newly redercorated room. Had order expedited. When it arrived had, scheduled eletrician to come the next day to install fan and light kit. Light fixture was defective and we could not install it. No one was available in customer service at anytime on week-end. For a fan that almost $400. I expected more, and that all part would work, No wires had been cut so I am trying to get it replaced. Have had order less than 24hours. Will post on how customerservice helps.

I had been waiting to buy this ceiling fan for one of my twin daughters' room and it is the perfect addition! This fixture is perfect for an 8-year-old but still shabby chic enough that she will like it years later and not consider it to be too babyish. We love the look of the fan and everyone who comes into her room comments on it. I'm so happy I purchased this fan for her. It is one of the prettiest fans I have seen. It is also very well made.

The end result is awesome, but it was a bit hard to get here. The fan arrived fast & with adequate packaging. The problem was that is was more Antique "Yellow" then Antique "White" (my before pic doesn't really show it too well). I just sponge painted some white acrylic paint on it & it was good to go. Then came time to install. My husband has put up all the ceiling fans in our home (4 to be exact) & he says this one was by far the most difficult to install. But, in the end it is up & it looks great...which is all that matters:-)I would buy it again because it is so pretty. Perfect for a little girl's room. Oh & I like the crystals, even though they are plastic.
