This simple yet stylish contemporary soft white ceiling fan by Casa Vieja® is complete with a hand-held remote control. It has 5 reversible soft white/honey blades, a 44" blade span, a 12 degree blade pitch, a 131x16mm motor, and an integrated 75 watt halogen light kit (bulb included). Includes a 10 year motor warranty. Includes both a 4" and 6" downrod; and is not dual mountable.

44" Casa Vieja Probe is LOUD!!

Circulates air well in small(11x13)bedroom. Motor hums louder than average.Trim next to ceiling left too big a gap, had to make and paint a trim piece to match to cover 1/3" gap below ceiling using standard outlet box.Gap below and above fan blades is noticeable too. Overall satisfied due to good looks of fan. Instructions are good.
