From Minka, this Concept 1 ceiling fan has a brushed nickel finish with silver blades. The 153 x 15mm motor has a lifetime warranty. Includes 3 1/2" and 6" downrods and a full-function, hand-held remote control system. Shown with cap for nonlight use (included). (UM)

We love the look of this fan and that it is low profile for our low ceilings. The only problem we have is that you need the remote to change the speeds, and we did not install the receiver. We are planning to install some in other rooms as well.
