I put this fan/light in a new sunroom. Looks great and moves air very well. I was a tad surprised to see that the blades were plastic, but then again it said molded ABS rattan blades. Somehow I saw the "rattan" part, not the "molded ABS". Nonetheless when installed it looks very real rattan and the price was great. Note that you do need the recommended remote control system if you want to control fan speed without a chain. The usual wall switch controls that can be purchased locally do not work with this fan. The remote unit was a little bit of a tight fit in the canopy even for an experienced electrician but it works great now.

We installed this fan on our outside porch. It looks beautiful and circulates the air without a lot of noise or wobbling. We used a wireless switch that was installed on the wall as you come into the porch. I am not so fond of that, as it is difficult to know what speed you are on and it doesn't always change the speed on the first touch. I would buy this fan again.

Typical fan installation process, not very difficult. Was well balanced right from the start! Looks beautiful in the gazebo and has been perfect for a gentle air circulation on those still, warm evenings.

We use our fan on a screened in porch. The wide blades circulate the air very well and it looks nice. We were worried that the plastic blades would look tacky, but that is not the case. It was very easy to install (it was my first ceiling fan install) and it survived a very long and harsh winter with no problem. I highly recommend this product.

It is a beautiful fan. The blades are great for getting the air to circulate.
