This fan install was relatively easy. Not difficult, just takes time. We put it outside under a palapa. Looks great. Works great. Pretty quiet. Perfectly balanced.

In order to get any breeze from this fan it must be put on high.

If the fan is set to flow upwards towards the ceiling, it will feel like the airflow is very limited. Please check that the blades are spinning counter-clockwise. Bought two of these for our new covered porch and had electrician install them. Love their appearance, and they move air well. One wobbles a bit...tried to balance, but unsuccessful. Nothing major though. Our ceiling is high and a bit steep, so bought 16" downrods for them, which worked out fine. Very pleased with these--fit our decor perfectly.
