Price but looks great on our covered patio.
This fan is sooo beautiful. It's simple but eye catching at the same time. It is on our back porch and moves a lot of air without too much noise.
I switched out three ceiling fans this year. I got this one for the living room. There is lots of wood in there, and this was perfect. Wow this thing throws a nice breeze, even on low. I had a handyman install all 3, and this one took the longest time, but for just one reason. This has a remote control. The transmitter fits into the top, but not well. He had to trim the stem to give him sufficient room for it. Not sure why this was a problem for us but not others, but I was up there on a ladder with him trying to figure it out before having to adjust parts. It was about 1/4 to 1/2 inch too small for the transmitter. Otherwise, I love this fan. It is different. It is beautiful. The wood is elegant, and it is very quiet.
So happy we bought this ceiling fan. It looks great and has great air circulation. It was relatively easy to install.
My husband and I installed this fan in our living room. We have had many compliments and love the look. It is quiet and looks great looks great with our 8 foot ceilings.
We just had this fan installed in our living room, and we love it. It's very quiet, it's very attractive and it effectively moves the air, so we were able to turn up the temp on the A/C. We love the remote control - no chain! We weren't in the mood to install it ourselves so we asked Lamps Plus to send an installer, and it only took 20 minutes.
Used in an outdoor covered veranda, these fans are an improvement over the big box store units they replaced. The motor housing is not bulky looking and the blade design is beautiful. Seems to be a good value for price. Blades are a solid composite wood product with natural real hardwood veneer. A solid hardwood may be too heavy, as these are lighweight. I suspect a little maintenance will be in order to keep the wood looking good and help premature ageing. A plug to cover screw holes on the blades would be a finishing touch. I'll need to figure out a way to cover those as it will be suseptable to moisture in our humid climate. A sleeve of some sort would be desired to help seal the canopy to downrod gap. The gap is an attraction for wasps and nesting insects.Images/Videos shared by: Bunny
A very nice fan for the price, it circulates air well in our small TV room (15' X 20'). Hanging from our 8' ceiling, the fan is attractive and unobtrusive. Assembly and install were easy, but the screws necessary to mount the fan to the electrical box were missing; inconveniently, I had to go to a hardware store to buy two more. The fan had a slight wobble (which was fixed), and the motor makes a little noise than I would like. In the TV room the noise is negated by the TV volume; however, I would not mount this particular fan in our bedroom because the motor noise would be just enough to keep me from sleeping.
Simple design but has modern/bold look in smaller rooms. Wobbles in high speed but may just need balancing. I only use low or medium anyway.
