Feel the cooling breeze from this trim and sleek Casa Vieja® ceiling fan. This fan features a modern brushed steel finish with black finish blades. A Black Stripe giclee light kit with acrylic glass diffuser softens the glow from the two included energy efficient CFL bulbs. 3-speed reversible motor with pull chain operation. 52" blade span. 14 degree blade pitch. Comes with a 4 1/2" downrod. The light kit cannot be dimmed with add on control if the CFL bulbs are used.

Good product. Lousy Technical Support

I bought two of these ceiling fans for a sunroom that we are building. They are attractive in the setting and give us the look that we want. I have a problem with the low and medium speeds of the fans, going too slow. It could be because they are on the same circuit. I called the Technical Support dept 3 times and got the same person who said that their people were out of the office and would call me back. I never got a call back. It did not seem that I was talking to a technical support department at all, just an answering service that didn't care. Very disappointing considering the price that I paid for both fans. The installation instructions were somewhat difficult to interpret. The Owners Manual referred to the parts list by letter, but the parts list did not have the parts identified by letter. All in all, I will give the product a fair grade.
