My husband replaced all the lighting in our home and this fan kit made a huge difference with keeping the room a consistant tempature. We love the sleek design as we are changing our decor to a comtemporary style. We also purchased the dimer option and love this for additional mood lighting while watching TV. We had it professionaly instaled which the contractor said he did not have any problems. It is made well and we look forward to using it for a long time to come. We would recomend this to anyone.
