Casa Vieja® Mirage™ ceiling fan in a soft white finish. 3-speed reversible fan. It has 5 flat finish reversible white/bleached oak blades that span 52" with a 12 degree blade pitch. Light kit included takes two 60 watt bulb (included). Comes standard with a 5" downrod. Dual mounting hanging system allows for it to be hung from a downrod or flush with the ceiling.

I purchased three fans and use them in my shop for air circulation. These fans are perfectly balanced right out of the box, quiet with a great high wattage light. Needs to have a longer mounting stem that can be cut to preference.

We have central air but to conserve energy we decided to install a ceiling fan in our family room where we spend most of our time during the day in the summer. The fan is great! It's quiet and provides nice breeze. I love the remote control; we mounted it on the wall. Since installing the fan, we have no need to turn on the AC. We had ceiling fan installed in all the upstair bedrooms.

My daughter's fiancee installed this fan for me with the normal read and follow directions. I very much like the look of the fan and the way the light, lights the room. I would only mention that the pull chains have to be pulled horizontally to turn light/fan on and off, so on a high ceiling, one might need a step stool.
