I'm ordering my third Casa Vieja Windstar II fan from Lampsplus! The fans are the most quiet I've ever bought, and I've bought every other brand, from cheap to expensive. The quality is amazing, and the compliments I've received -- makes me feel very good about my choices! The pictures don't do the fans justice, they're better looking in person. Don't hesitate -- order one!
