I had this fan installed in my kitchen and it is definitely considerably more powerful than typical fans. It provides good circulation even on low setting. It makes a little noise, but I don't know yet if there is some wobble or just the sound of the air circulating. I've now ordered the outside version of this fan for my hot lanai.

52" Concept I Concave Blades Ceiling Fan has a very contemporary look. It has a dimmming feature that you could adjust and keep at however dim you want and it has this cool reversable feature where instead of the fan pushing air underneath you, it spreads the air around you. Good fo sleeping. ERic
