From Minka Aire comes the contemporary Concept I ceiling fan in a polished nickel finish with three silver finish concave blades. Features a 52" blade span and a 14 degree pitch. The 172 x 20mm motor comes with a lifetime warranty. Includes 3 1/2" and 6" downrods and a full-function, hand-held remote control system. Includes one 100 watt mini-can halogen bulb, and a cap for optional use without the light kit. (UM)
