The impressive 52" Concept II Wet ceiling fan from Minka features an oil-rubbed bronze finish with three taupe concave blades. This fan has an ample 52 inch blade span; 14 degree blade pitch; and 188 x 20mm motor size. Includes lifetime motor warranty. Includes full function wall mount control system; integrated light with pietra glass; includes one 100 watt mini-can halogen bulb and cap for non-light use. Flushmount fan ideal for low hanging applications. Total hanging depth 10 1/2 with or without light. U.L. listed for wet locations. (UM)

I recently had the Concept II (52 inch blade size) fan installed by my electrician. I purchased the fan because I wanted a strong, stable looking and functioning unit that was quiet when operating at maximum speeds (even though I plan really to use at the medium speed). I am quite particular about my purchases, taking 3 years to find a good one until this one came along. In the end, I could not be happier with my choice. It has met my every expectation, and this is not easy to do.

I bought 3 fans. Two were set internally to push air downward. One was set internally to push air upward. No button externally to reverse air direction. Installer had to take the single fan down twice and reinstall after talking to factory. Even the factory said that there was an external switch to change the fan direction. NO external switch existed. Long costly installation but fans now work correctly. They work beautifully, and the quality of light is great.
