This Concept 1 ceiling fan from Minka has an oil-rubbed bronze finish with taupe blades. Features a 172 x 20mm motor with a lifetime warranty. Includes a full-function, hand-held remote control system. Also includes 3 1/2" and 6" downrods, integrated light kit and a light cap for nonlight use. (UM)

I purchased two of your MINKA 87000 Concept 1 ceiling fans and they are absolutely fantastic! They give my condo the contemporary feel that I was looking for. Speaking of looking, I had them installed over a month ago and I can't stop looking at them. My plan was to get the first one for my living room and evaluate it for the look, quietness and ease of operation with the remote. There were 2 other fans that I also had in mind and if I didn't give this one a top score I was going to try one of the others for the bedroom. But after it was installed, WOW! I was almost stunned by how great it works for my space. I decided it was perfect for the bedroom also. My next project will be the dining room and I have one of your pendant chandeliers picked out. This fan is really beautiful and looked great in my newly remodeled master bedroom. The only negative is that it doesn't provide all the light a large bedroom needs, so be sure you have additional light in the room for task lighting.
