The contemporary 52" Concept I Wet ceiling fan from Minka has a white finish with three matching blades. This fan features 52 inch blade span; 14 degree blade pitch; and 188 x 20mm motor size. Includes lifetime motor warranty. Includes full function wall mount control system; integrated light with white opal glass which includes one 100 watt mini-can halogen bulb; cap for non-light use; and 3 1/2" and 6" downrods. The remote is an excellent accessory. The fan is quiet, good looking and very functional. It is being used in an outside porch so its "wet" rating is just the thing needed. I looked on the Lamps Plus website for a while before finding this fan (style, function, "wet" rating.

A contractor installed these fans in most rooms and on covered porches of the new home we built. The wall mounted controller has three fan speeds, a reverse mode and a dimming light control. Fan can be used without a light. The only complaint we have received from guests is that the fan in their room "clicks" on occasion. We have been quite happy with the fan installed in our bedroom.
