This Casa Esperanza ceiling fan has a handsome look and a stylish design. It features a bronze and gold motor with shaded teak finish blades. A romantic decorative scroll is included for a glamorous look. Lifetime motor warranty. Includes a wall control unit and 4 1/2" and 10" downrods. Integrated light kit takes two 50 watt mini halogen bulbs (included). 14 degree pitch. 56" blade span. Not dual mountable.

Actually I have two things I like to mention after I hooked up my Fan yesterday. I would like or would have liked, that the Receiver (for the Remote) would be somewhat smaller. It fits barely into the top cover along with all the wires. Second, I wanted to install the two 50 Watt light bulbs.. when I discovered.. wrong ones! This of course means another trip to the Store, which is not close by any means.

I was very skeptical about purchasing a " Casa Vieja" ceiling fan. I have been a long time fan (no pun intended) of the Hunter Original ceiling fans. My fiancé preferred the look of this fan in our new great room. I installed this ceiling fan on a 19 foot high ceiling using the special order 72 inch down rod. Many people say this fan is difficult to install, but if you have installed fans before you shouldn't have any problems. This fan moves A LOT of air, even when the blades are 12 feet from the floor! It does not wobble, is whisper quiet, and looks stunning! Very pleased with this purchase!

Bought this fan in 2006 and Im ordering a second one for my master bedroom! I'm so happy Lamps Plus still carries this fan. The fan is stunning! Wish the light was a little brighter but doesnt take away from charm or beauty, in fact, it only enhances it. I highly recommend this item...you wont be disappointed!!

Installed in a 2 story family room. Love the combination of brown and black tones on blades and finish of the scroll and decorative fan parts. Professionally installed due to extension ladder requirement. Electrician had no problem with assembly or installation. Moves air well and quietly. Lighting is subtle; would have loved it if fan had uplight feature as well to highlight decorative scroll work.
