I use this fan above the dining room table. It's in a big open room connected to the kitchen and great room. Looks wonderful above our dining room table.
we ordered two of these fans for our large living area. one of them was assembled incorrectly at the factory, and the blade mounting pegs were off by a quarter turn. this gave us some initial trouble in attaching the blades. by looking at the second fan, we figured out what the problem was. however, we were still able to attach the blades by eliminating the middle screw. fan works fine this way! the second fan went up quickly with no problems at all. air movement is really exceptionally good. as the light is surprisingly bright, even in a large space, the dimmable light is a real plus.
All our visitors love this fan. It's beautiful, stylish, and quiet. The light is quite bright but can be dimmed on the wall-mounted remote. I highly recommend this.
This fan works very well and looks absolutely fabulous in our valted space. Many ask us where we got it. It may be on the expensive side but that's what it cost for good design and at least we aren't forfeiting great function. I just wish we could have afforded the metal one.
A very modern fan. Looks great in the room.
like it very much
When I added a master bedroom to my house I wanted a ceiling fan that was different, stylish, and artsy; Cool in looks and for its actual purpose. The Artemis delivers all these and more. It's very quiet and breezy. I would have said that the cost was well worth it, but it only comes with a wall remote. I had to purchase the hand-held remote separately.
Ceiling fans are very important to us - especially with the Texas climate - yet we loathe most styles. This is now the 7th ceiling fan we've purchased for our remodel and by far our favorite. It's garnered many a comment already and matches the bamboo flooring installed. While the price tag gives one pause, the quality is there and LAMPS PLUS had the best price available.
The install was a bit rough as the fan at first was inoperable. Turns out it was a faulty remote switch. But both LAMPS PLUS and MinkaAire were efficient and speedy with the resolution.
this is our first ceiling fan purchase. We are very pleased with the Minka Aire product. it is not only one of the most attractive desgns on the market, but it is quiet and circulates air well.
I LOVE this ceiling fan, it made our room look to totally different. It is very quite and I'd recommend it to anyone looking! We are very pleased with it!
The "wood look" plastic blades looked like plastic. Too much money for that.
