Let this Casa Vieja® traditional ceiling fan set the mood for your favorite room. Golden bronze finish housing and a soothing amber glass light kit with uplight and downlight complement the reversible teak and walnut veneer blades. 60" blade span, 14 degree blade pitch. 188x25mm motor with limited lifetime warranty. Includes with six 10 watt bulbs for Uplight and three 40 watt bulbs for downlight. Also includes wall control. Comes with a 6" downrod.

I put a 2X4 block between the ceiling joist, above the existing electrical box, secured the 2x4 then put 2 screws from the electrical box to the 2x4. There was no need to balance the blades, very solid unit.

we love this fan and bought it to add some flair to our family room since that is the room we live in and it is seen every day. It is just gorgeous and circulates the air very good too. We love the added elegance the up light and down light adds to our room. We would totally recommend this fan as long as you weren't expecting it to light up a room. Also, we would recommend having a professional install it and then maybe it wouldn't wobble on the higher speeds. Regardless we LOVE this fan!!!
