This contemporary ceiling fan from Emerson features a brushed steel finish, matching three high-efficiency airfoil blades. For an industrial look in a residential setting, look no further than Emerson's Loft fan. Specifically offered for residential application, Loft's air-foil blades create an uptown feel and efficient solution for moving air in style. Includes 6" downrod and a wall control. Add on hand-held control (P6477) sold separately and is not compatible with included wall control - compatible wall control (P1829) sold separately.

I was looking specifically for a contemporary ceiling fan and this was it! Bought without husband seeing it. The fan was installed by the electricians. Looks perfect in the new cathedral ceiling dining room. Best of all, fan is super quiet, smart looking and does a fine job circulating air. Husband and contractor both complimented on selection. Have not cleaned nor changed the direction yet. Nevertheless, we are very satisfied with the efficiency and quality of product.

So far have installed 3 of 4 (identical) fans purchased. One of the 4 has wobble and noise issue at highest speed regardless of identical assembly method and professional installation. We use this in a very, very large room with a 12' ceiling. Air circulation is not a problem. The fan is quiet and has a wall integrated remote with four speeds. Haven't had to clean it yet, but I am not looking forward to climbing that ladder.
