I love the Art Deco look and was searching for items, such as sculptures in that design. I had come across an antique mirror similar to this style, but the mirror was damaged. I kept looking and my persistance paid off! I wasn't sure if the bronze tone would fit with my other items or if people would tease about going overboard with the theme, but everyone really likes the look and how it carries out the theme. The illumination is not bright, but it it enought to highlight the area and draw attention to it. It presents a nice affect.

Wonderful - picture does not do the lamp justice - at the price I certainly did not expect the high end quality this lamp has. Figure is a heavy quality metal product and not a resin pour seen so often today. The lamp makes a statement in any room. I loved it so much I am waiting for it to be back in stock to order a second one.

I saw this elsewhere online for twice the money. I have a living/dining area with the feel of Art Deco. A built-in media area had a need for an accent light or decoration to brighten up the cube. With the Art Deco style furniture pieces, this was a wonderful addition. It is perfect for the space, perfect amount of lighting and wonderful style.

I love modern, art deco, and old hollywood and this lamp fits into all those catagories. It is a nice lamp to just light up a area with a small amount of light + it looks great

I was delighed that this reproduction has the weight and feel of an original, which I could never affort. I have always been drawn to Art Deco, and the Decorative Arts. This uses a low wattage bulb to backlight a frosted glass halo behind the sculpture. It is subtle and yet attracts the eye by its style and classic grace.
Items like this work best in rooms with low lighting or as nightlights. I have this in our entertainment room which is decorated like a 1920's Art Deco theater and has dimmed lights most of the time. It stands out and yet is not obtrusive, even when watching movies.
