This lamp blends very well with my decor, which is an eclectic mix of items picked up in world travel and contemporary items. Shade arrived with broken panes initially, and LampsPlus promptly replaced it. Shade must be handled very carefully when putting it in place, as the metal frame feels a bit flimsy. But once assembled, the lamp is a classy and sturdy enough piece.

I have a dark corner where I keep my computer. I had considered installing an overhead light but this works and it's so charming. Looks a bit Oriental but works with Mission. Looks good even during the day when it is off.

This floor lamp is quite attractive, but the light cast out into the room is very yellow due to the panels. If you have other lights to provide the actual lighting in the room, or lots of natural light, then this may be the lamp for you.

This is a beautiful floor lamp and just what I was looking for. The shade has a pearlescent finish to it that you can really see when it is on. It looks great in a corner next to the couch and if you sit right next to it you can use it for reading. You do have to lift the shade off to change the bulb.
