I have a good size living room but the ceiling is not high. I need something big and semi-attached light for my living room. The nickle finish with 3 enery-saving light bulbs give enough light and saving money. The comtemporary style fits my living room perfectly.

I purchased this for my kitchen which was just rebuilt. The fixture looks outstanding and really adds to the look. My only suggestion to others is put it on a dimmer. It's a great bright light when you are working but if you just want some general light, dimming is a plus.

I purchased 3 of these fixtures along with several other George Kovacs fixtures. I especially liked the glass in Kovacs fixtures. Very white quality glass. Unfortunately, the glass in these three was gritty and not bright white but had a green cast. Looks OK up on the ceiling.

[...] George Kovacs makes lovely fixtures. I have purchase different styles for a house I am fixing up. This fixture doesn't live up to the quality of my other purchases--shame I bought 3. Glass has an ugly green tint and the frosting(etching) in very gritty and cheap.

Worked out great when we replaced our old kitchen lights.Very modern, good design. No fancy light bulbs needed. Easy to clean any bugs with a blast of canned air once a week. Everyone loves it.
