The striking shade of this floor lamp is made of cocoa leaves that have been put through a labor-intensive process of fossilization. The leaves are then stained in organic dyes and sealed. The wrought iron frame is powder coated and the legs are made of real bamboo which is hand-stained and bound with twine. A distinctive addition to any decor.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I bought this lamp for the corner of the waiting room of my office. It lights up the corner and makes a wonderful "statement". Looks just like the picture. You can see the veins of the leaves. Very organic and Zen like.
