I bought two of these sconces for my entryway and they looked so great that I bought three more for other areas of the house. The design is clean. The shade is a nice cream color with some texture and the price is hard to beat. I'm very happy with this purchase.

Searched high and low for a wall lamp with a switch on it. Just when I thought I would have to buy an ugly $8 wall lamp at a large home improvement store, I stumbled across this at Lamps Plus. Wall lamps with switches on them are very difficult to find, so I am very happy that I found one that is attractive and inexpensive, without being cheap.

I installed this in a hallway. The shade is described as off-white linen, but I would call it beige. The shade is also relatively thick, almost like canvas or burlap, so it doesn't give as much light as I expected. I still like the design, and it seems like a good product for the price. [...]

We used these sconces above our Fireplace in our 70 year old home. While the old wiring was an issue - the sconces were not. Once we figured out how to manuever in the old house - they were easy to install. We love these. They give off just the right amount of light through the somewhat filtered shades.
