This is a very classy, elegant looking product! It provides wonderful illumination, a lovely soft reflective glow from the gold lining. I love the weight of the brass and marble, and the option for high/low beam lighting is a really nice feature. This is such a beautiful lamp I purchased two, and I couldn't be more pleased.

I especially like the fact that the lamp shade has a reflective gold lining. During the day, this reflective lining sometimes even makes the lamp look like it is turned on as it reflects off my new executive desk!

This is a beautiful lamp and makes a great appearance, but has poor illumination if you want to use it for any reading or working purposes. Unfortunately many lamps are like that these days as everyone wants us to go blind using low wattage bulbs to save the planet from some problem that no one really fully understands.
