Big hit with my teen and preteen boys who share a room. This lamp is on the nightstand between their two twin beds and works great as a shared reading lamp. It updates the look of their classic furniture, too.

This is a great desk light, especially if you desk is a larger one as the dual arm feature of the lamp allows for direct task lighting and covers a decent amount of space on the desk. My husband loves it.

Originally purchased to replace broken Italian black metal desk lamp. Functional versatile duel lighting matched chrome and glass desk and credenza offering desk surface lighting as well as side laptop illumination. When my original lamp was repaired, I moved this lamp to my chrome and glass credenza behind the desk. Scalloping arms enabled me to illuminate length of the credenza as well as adding an attractive modern accent lamp to my furniture.

Love my desk top lamp (just like it), then bought one for husband. Wattage recommendation went down which is a bummer and my husbands didn't work. But Lamps Plus is fixing it.

I use the lamp on my computer desk.
It is attractive and the base makes it a good desk lamp.
I replaced the original because one of the rehostat switchs became inoperable, purchased 2/2007 just before the warranty expired 2/2008. Ten months later one of the switches has failed in the on position and is very annoying. It is hard on bulbs and they are not easy to obtain.

The only problem I found with this lamp is that when you adjust one side, the other moves as well, so for the purpose of 2 people using it at the same time, does not work that well.
Otherwise material is good, high quality and very stylish

I bought this lap for my desk. My eyes have been bothering me. I had read that if you light the wall behind your computer monitor, there is less stress on your eyes. I also wanted task lighting.
I liked the stylish look and dual lamps that turned on/off independently of each other and moved into multiple positions.
The lamp met my expectations: my eyes are better, and I can see my task at hand as well - all in style.
The only down side is halogen bulbs, which generate heat (an issue for me since I live in the desert).
