Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Nice looking light fixture - we really like how it looks over our table. The only probelm that we had is shortening the cables. The instructions were not adequate and the first installation failed. We had to take the whole fixture down from the ceiling and start over. If you have to shorten this fixture make sure you crimp the cable holders prior to tightening the set screws.
