Have had two of these lamps for 5 1/2 yrs now. Just now ordering one replacement bulb that broke during recent move. They are great for reading in bed with plenty of focused light that does not shine on your partner. Very sturdy and efficient and look great.Images/Videos shared by: Patti C
These are very good reading lights. We put them on either side of our bed. The BAD is I have to agree with another poster that the wall anchors are terribly poor. With no lip on them, they fall right into the wall. Ridiculous for the cost of the lights, a simple 5 cent item should be included. I am writing the manufacturer too. Husband needed to shop for the parts needed before hanging.
Because of the focused light beam and great flexibility of the goose neck I can turn it on and read on my side of the bed without disturbing my partner who sleeps nearby.
This is a very stylish lamp. We bought two for bedside reading and they're great for that. It seems pretty well made, and the flexible gooseneck is just what we wanted. It throws a focused beam that won't disturb your partner. The LED bulb produces a cool (i.e., not warm) bluish light. The "dark bronze" is a misnomer; the lamp is actually a dark charcoal with some bronze highlighting along the edges. Not bad, but not what we expected. The lamp is well designed for easy installation. However, the supplied wall anchors are so cheap (they don't have a lip to secure them to the outer surface) I needed to make a hardware store trip for some decent ones. And then when installing the decorative cord covers (which come in 1' lengths) I discovered the screws that were supposed to be included for that purpose were missing ... so a second trip to the hardware store. Frustrating!
