I fell in love with this chandelier when I first saw the picture online. Overall it is beautiful but it took my electrician more than 4 hours and cost over $400 to install. Some of the crystals have scratch and uneven lengths but the general quality is good for the price. The finished product looks nice in my dinning room.

[...] Next, I fell in love with this chandelier in one of their stores and I had to have it for my modern styled dining room. It looks expensive, gives great light [it has at least 10 lightbulbs so a dimmer is preferable...at the first meal under this light, my dad started sweating from the heat emanating from all the lightbulbs] and is very sturdy. It looks amazing with a mirror behind it and it upgrades the room immediately. Cons: do NOT even think about convention cleaning for this chandelier. There are hundreds of crystals. Each row of approximately 15 crystals is on a long, fishing-type clear wire. There are about maybe 100 wires. After hanging the base [which is very, very heavy and there's some defect in the ceiling mount portion making it very tedious and difficult to mount - it took even my professional electrician a few hours to mount it and he was cursing by the end of it] you then individually loop each and every wire of crystals around the steel tube. There is no clasp so you have to tie a knot with the wire in the middle [looping it around - crystals and all]. This no small task since the crystals are huge and repeatedly got stuck, requiring me to get out my pliers, undo the snare and re-tighten the clasp. So, the engineer that designed this kinda messed it up - the lampsplus representative said usually these types of chandeliers have press-down style clasps so you can just press down the wire into a groove on the tube to hang it up - no grooves at all on the tube, must tie the wire around the tube. The other inconvenience worth noting is that because there's so many crystals and the wires are all individually and painstakingly looped, it's impossible to take them all off to clean them. So, you'll have to get a step ladder, a bucket of mild soap water and a rag and individually clean each crystal [I'm guessing the crystals number into the hundreds]. That being said, it's still a beautiful piece, and it's a great price [...] I'm very happy with the purchase!
