I bought two of these for over my bed, and the swing arm lamp is wonderful for where ever I want to read, and it takes a regular light bulb which I like, plugs into wall outlet, and comes with cord covers, which makes a much neater look

I wanted a pair of swing-arm plug-in lamps that were casual yet elegant. The slightly scaled-down size of these Robert Abbey lamps made them perfect for our rather cozy desert home.
