Buying an LED, high-tech lamp like this one was new territory for me, but I'm so glad I did. This lamp gives off a pleasant bluish-white illumination, but can also be toned down to a more yellow or pink hue if you desire. There are several choices of color and intensity of light to match your task. I bought it to read by in bed, and it's just perfect. I adore it, not only for its features, but also for its cutting-edge sleek styling, and it's so very easy to change settings with just a simple push on the control pad. The first night I used it, I asked my husband if he wanted one for his side of the bed, and he said, no, he was fine with his old-fashioned floor lamp. After watching me change settings and settlng in happily to read, he said, go ahead and get me one. He couldn't resist!

Functions perfectly as side table light in living room. Extremely adjustable for both placement/angle and for type and brightness of light ranging from bright reading to soft nightlight. Love the touch control. Being plastic, it does feel somewhat lightweight although have not experienced any problems. Had to return twice as not all the features worked properly, but worth the effort to get one that works. I would not recommend for home with small children for fear of knocking it over.

I bought 2 of these wonderful lamps. The feature that allows one to select an almost limitless choice of lighting is fantastic and way ahead of any other lamp I have ever seen. I have one on the table where I eat and another in my living room for reading. I like light to be below my eyes, so this lamp just barely does that. I only wish the part attached to the base tilted a little lower.

We got these for bedside lights. They're so much better than previous incandescent and fluorescent lights we've had there that we're pretty happy. I hesitated to get an LED since many have a blue-ish tinge to the light, but this is much warmer and more flexible (yellow-ish low light to white reading light), that I'm relieved of event that worry.

Product has three different light intensity settings and each setting can be tweaked. This LED lamp replaced a 100W Halogen desk lamp that operated at a high temperature - thus saving electricity and reducing unnecessary heat.
