I purchased this light at least four years ago. It is placed over the island in my kitchen and is much brighter than I expected, but that turned out to be a plus. It has a beautiful design. The only con - it is difficult to get the replacement parts - I have had to replace a shade twice (not the fault of the product).

This light is perfect over my 4'x6' kitchen island. My electician had a hard time installing it for some reason - think it takes 2 people - but it works and hasn't fallen down yet. The halogen bulbs burn out every 2 months or so, which is getting expensive! I don't mind, they are easy to change and I love the fixture.

Give off a lot of heat. Hangs low and is not adjustable. Looks good.

Everyone who enters my kitchen and dinning room loves my lighting. They are very unique and one of a kind. They were very easy to install. I shopped for months looking for the lighting for my new kitchen. I tolerated wire hanging from the ceiling until I found these lights. I am a proud owner of a new kitchen with the perfect lights. Just ask my friends.
