Lamp's quality is top-notch. The crystal is flawless and the (cafe) silk shade is stunning. I had an issue with the crystal finial when I received the lamp from the manufacturer and Lampsplus.com stayed on top of it until the issue was resolved. This was not an inexpensive purchase, but if you compare it to the prices of your local retailers and other online sources, you'll find that Lampsplus.com's prices can not be beat. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Mid to High End - Classic/Trans.style

I bought two (2) of these lamps for a guest bedroom, each are located on either side of the bed. They are mid to high end in quality. I gave this a mid-quality rating because the silk on the shade is average grade, but I lean mostly towards the higher end rating, as the lead crystal body is heavy, clear, with no inclusions (i.e. no bubbles) and overall, it looks more expensive than I paid [$]. The only reason I did not give this lamp a 5 star rating is that one harp was slightly bent. They arrived in excellent shape as Robert Abbey really takes great measures with the packaging of this product. I would definitely recommend this product. One addtional note, worthy of mentioning, is that the cafe shade does not have a darker brown trim like pictured on-line. My cafe shades came in a solid color (a light colored beige) which still worked beautifully in my room, but I would have preferred the darker brown trim like pictured.
