Lovely lamp and really great for the price. The illumination is good and the style/design is a little different, but great. The print does not only add pattern, but almost even texture to a space (the shades are very smooth, tho, so it's only the impression of texture). I'm happy with the 2 lamps that I bought and use on night stands. They combine very well with the floor lamp, BUT their shades are a bit out of whack and I can't seem to get them straight. Only 4 stars as a result.

Nice looking accent lamp that illuminates well, but one of the two I received was slightly crooked. In trying to adjust it with a tool, I nicked it slightly, so I am not returning it, and instead have loosened the shade enough to compensate for the annoying lean, which means that now the shade is not firmly in place and can easily be moved out of alignment. Silver base finish is somewhat low-end looking.

We just bought a new house after years of planning. The house is perfect and we promised each other that everything we purchased for the house would honor this perfection while helping us stay on budget. We were looking for the perfect lamp to make the master bedroom POP and after months of searching the internet and every store in the area I walked into a Lamps Plus location, saw this lamp and knew instantly that this was it!!! I was a little concerned about it offering enough light for reading in bed, so the salesman put in a special energy saving bulb which offers 100w of light but only uses 25w of electricity. Additionally the lamp features an on/off switch on the cord which is very convenient. I was impressed with the construction and the item is very easy to clean. We have had several dinner parties and while giving tours of the house, this lamp receives fantastic reactions from our female and male friends. Everyone says they've never seen anything like it and it adds so much to the room. If you are looking for a lamp that adds something artistic to a room, that will keep you under budget, is easy to clean, offers plenty of light, has ample cord length and will be the envy of all your guests, then this is the lamp for you.

have this on one of my bedside tables. Get lots of compliments. The item was inexpensive, but shows well. Gives off better lighting than I imagined it would.

I was shopping for an "Asian Theme" table lamp since I was repainting my bed room. I came across this lamp here and at[...] Fyi, anyone can change the color but getting a color gel from any art store or plastic store and inserted it into the middle for "mood" lighting.
