Nice lamps. I put one outside my front door and it lights up the area very well. It does cast a shadow underneath itself, but it's not a deal breaker. It was easy to install, but the bulb is a little difficult to change because of it's upside down design. But since I used a CFL, I probably won't need to change it for a good 5 years, also not a deal breaker. Overall very satisfied with the purchase. These are good looking traditional style lamps that will blend in with just about any setting. I also have two of the matching post lamps, and am very happy with the way all of them look together on my property.

Great price, great design

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Great lights. I needed something to match my house's greek revival style without being too ornate. I also didn't want clear glass (easy to see the dirt which builds up very quickly.) I also wanted the bulbs obscured and the seeded glass does both. The price just couldn't be beat. A big box store had a mid-range light fixure (my 2d choice) at TWICE the price of this (who knows why?) One of the lights, however, had a bit of it's powdercoat paint missing, but a sharpie took care of that, and now I can't even tell which light had the problem. All in all - highly recommended.
