Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Product came as advertised. I live a couple of blocks from the ocean and I will not know how these lamps weather until I check them a year from now. The type of bulb this lamp uses makes it easy to change and prevents the bulb from freezing in the socket as happens to standard base bulbs near the ocean because of oxidation.
