Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

These generously sized shades cover the whole candelabra bulb. So nice. The last ones I tried let the bottom of the bulb show and caused glare. The nice light colored liners of these shades insure that you still get plenty of light on your table. The tweed lets a little light diffuse through the sides, creating a pretty glow. I'm very happy with these.
