If you are looking for a striking smaller lamp as an accent or ambient source of light, this is a very nice choice. I have it in an all peacock blue bedroom....thinking of getting a second one for other side of room.

Once I saw this lamp online I knew I wouldn't be happy with an ordinary lamp. The blue glass is beautiful, and the light is bright. It is a little smaller than I anticipated, but it still looks great.

It's beautiful and perfect for the dark corner where I'm using it. The shade wants to go wonky, but this is an almost no-traffic area, so I straighten it about once in two weeks. The advert said it used low energy bulbs, but I found it does not work with compact fluorescents. I would still recommend it because it gives good light and is so lovely.
