There is only one New Orleans, and there is only one Bourbon Street ceiling fan. This fabulous design incorporates three separate fans that are all connected and driven by a single motor. These fans were originally produced in the late 1800s by Snediker and Carr‚ the premier belt-drive fan manufacturer of their day. Fanimation has adapted this timeless masterpiece to install and operate with ease. Neoprene belting has replaced the high-maintenance leather belts. Lead and copper babbitt sleeves have given way to sealed ball bearings. Hardwood laminate blades that resist warping and splitting replace the temperamental solid wood blades. The fans feature antique brass finish motors and reversible oak and walnut finished blades. Up to six fans can operate off one motor (additional fan assemblies sold separately).
