Used product to cover the hole that existed when I converted a can light to a hanging chandelier. It was a design plus and economical to use the medallion instead of re-drywalling the ceiling.

This ceiling medallion was just perfect to cover the ring left on the ceiling when the old fixture was removed. It matches our new light fixture perfect and really sets it off.

When we installed the new ceiling fan, the existing ceiling hole was too big. The medallion covered the large hole, so the new fan looks like a professionally installed, quality product. The bronze color looks good with the bronze fan. The cost, however, seems very high for factory painted plastic. There were, however, no other medallion options that did not require painting. Since the ceiling is clear coated wood, the bronze was the best choice finish.
