I have installed a dozen fans or so over the years. Flush mount install on this fan was not very easy. The fan assembly and wiring was easy going. Trying to cram it all up in the ceiling to mount it flush was difficult. However, this is a great fan after the install. Circulates air very well. The high speed on this fan puts all other fans to shame. No wobbles even on high, very quiet, I sleep very well right under it. Like it so much I bought 2. Price is high but the sale helps when they mark it down $70.
I've had this fan about 1 1/2 yrs now, I run it continuously year round. It's installed in a livingroom with a vaulted ceiling in a two story house. Very quiet, doesn't wobble. It keeps the temperature more consistent throughout the house. My model doesn't have the light, it looks great without it.
